Create & Craft with Laura Scheetz

I am Laura Scheetz a resident and business owner in Follansbee, West Virginia. Create and Craft a studio and class venue offer the opportunity and materials for creativity. I am an alumni of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in digital design. Art has been a passion of mine for a majority of my life. My first art kit that I received from my mom at about age 4, began my love for creativity has grown and evolved since then.

Art and Craft classes offered by Create and Craft provide a vast experience in creativeness. Hosted are a wide selection of mediums, wooden craft sign and décor, acrylics painting and pouring, alcohol ink, silk florals, clay, wood, and watercolors. Each project includes all the supplies, step by step instructions and assistance.

Currently, the main focus is in teaching group classes in wooden projects or wreath making, others opportunities in various mediums are also available.

All classes include step by step instruction, tools, and materials. Every class is open to anyone, and/ or any skill level.

I look forward to continuing to grow, learning, and meeting new people.

Welcome to YOUNGBABY SWEATSHOP, Caity Sweeney! I was born and raised here in the Ohio Valley and started this business 8 years ago! After years of trying to run this business out of my house, I finally found the perfect store front at the Bluewave Center and couldn’t have asked for a better space to work out of. As a long time lover of all things strange and odd, my room has a few cool surprises. Stop by and see if you can find them all!

At YOUNGBABY SWEATSHOP we specialize in all things tie-dyed. We offer a variety of crew neck sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, and matching sets. All of our apparel is hand dyed or bleached and no 2 items are ever the same leaving plenty of wardrobe options. We also carry hats, earrings and bags!
